We listened to you.. We have been asked if there was a method to simplify the warranty RMA process in case the product were to fail.
This Limited Time BETA initiative we will pickup your product if its identified to be defective during troubleshooting and validate the same for warranty one time during warranty period. We are only expecting to run this for a very limited time to validate.
There is a small Procedure:- (Expected time ~2 Mins ) to help enable this initiative.
Outcome: You will get a unique “Registration number” that you can use in case of unforeseen issues to request product pickup for warranty assessment.
Note: This is only a warranty supplement and the original warranty terms still apply for registration.
